Capstone Checklist Marking Period Three
Your e-portfolio is a time to start reflecting on what you put into your project. If you are struggling to put together your website, it may be because your project does not have enough depth to it. Think about how you impacted your community and how you grew as a person throughout your project. If those two things are hard to identify, there is work to be done. Additionally, look over your field work hours and make sure they are signed off. Remember, field work hours MUST be completed on your time (outside of the school day). You cannot receive credit for going to your capstone and missing your 3rd block period, for example. You CAN get hours from preparing a lesson to teach those students the night before or speaking with your mentor after school about how to adjust your teaching, etc. If you are confused about that at all, please see me.
Here is a check list of everything you need to complete for the third marking period. The primary focus is getting your e-portfolio completed and getting to an end point in your project. I will be going over the individual instructions for each item, however, I am giving you the due dates now so you can prepare accordingly. I also noted the points for each assignment so you are aware of the weight of each task.
